Fat and happy with Kathy in Hawaii for our 35th…

Well, I turned 55 in February, and it passed like a non event. Not like 50, or 40 or even 30. Not sure how to feel about it. I’m surely not the youngest guy in the room anymore, and it seems like the memory would be more distant, but it’s not. I’m not melancholy about it, just a little bemused. Maybe I’m growing in wisdom? I sure hope so.

Kathy and I were upgraded this past week to the exalted title of Grandparents, as Coleman and Heather gave birth to our granddaughter, Adeline Fern Huff. She was 9 lbs, 21 1/4 in and arrived at 1:36 Eastern on April 5, 2024. We are thrilled with her arrival and are in South Carolina, where they call home, as I write this update. Not sure how Adeline’s Mom feels about photo sharing yet. I may sneak a few out down range. ;^)

There is a lot of movement these days in all respects, and I’d like to ask for your prayer support for all the travels and efforts. I’ll be on the road for two weeks starting Wednesday.

One of the important things underway will be BroSummit Flagstaff. Twenty guys at a men’s retreat. I’ll try to share some pics to social. Prayer support for sure requested here. This is our eleventh such event. We always ask the Lord to help us do our part and for Him to do the parts that only He can do. Please agree with us to that end, would you?
